The are multiple videos in the 'Coaching' section of your app going over things like how to navigate your app, a detailed explanation of how to read your program and words like 'sets', 'reps', 'tempo' and 'intensity' mean. There are also many more videos explaining equipment set up, detailed technique and movement voiceovers and extra helpful tips (eg. how to increase range of motion).

You are NOT locked in to any long term commitment. A simple email to healthwithinreach@hotmail.com outlining your cancellation intentions with 7 days notice is all that is needed :) This is just to allow for changes to be made to our payment system.

Each program is designed to go for 4-6 weeks to allow you to see progression over these weeks and build confidence in each set of movements before they are progressed to more challenging variations. Every 4-6 weeks a new program will be live in your 'Programs' tab on your app. This will also allow you to get a minimum of 4 times through each session if you miss any weeks.

After a detailed zoom call outlining what you are after from your training experience, a virtual movement screening is done before your initial program is written to assess your mobility needs, strength and fitness levels. Same goes with nutrition side of things, a food recall and questionnaire will be undertaken to allow for further advice if wanted.

It sure is! Jess is a university qualified nutritionist filled with knowledge to help with your nutritional needs alongside your training. After a detailed chat over zoom, food recall and questionnaire will be undertaken to develop the most realistic, sustainable and enjoyable plan for you :)
However, nutrition coaching is optional if you do not wish to include it.
