I have been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years and am a strong believer that there is an enjoyable training modality (or more than one!) for everyone!

I have tried many and my personal favourites are varieties of Strength Training (weights, gymnastics, learning new skills) and Pilates (mat and reformer).

There is no time like the present, so get out there and try something new if you haven't found your favourite training style yet!
